De La Cruz Consulting works collaboratively with participants to design workshops that are inclusive and goal oriented. We provide models in both content facilitation and processes for training. We work to train trainers within the organization to lessen the dependence upon the outside trainer and provide ongoing support as needed. De La Cruz Consulting uses a conversational and engaging format that inspires and motivates participants to achieve their goals.

De La Cruz Consulting specializes in creating and supporting systemic change using trainings and conversations in the areas of Community Engagement, Education reform and Leadership Development. Bill has served as a past chair of the Boulder Human relations Committee, past member and President of the Boulder Valley School Board and many state level educational committees. Bill believes that systemic change happens when the community is engaged and a part of the problem solving process.
