Having lived and worked in Boulder for the past 30 years, Bill has been an entrepreneur since the age of 20 and currently operates his business in Boulder, Colorado and the Principal Consultant for De La Cruz Consulting, Inc.

De La Cruz Consulting, Inc. specializes in creating and supporting systemic change using trainings and conversations in the areas of Community Engagement, Education reform and Leadership Development. Adding to his experience base, Bill has served as a past chair of the Boulder Human relations Committee, past member and President of the Boulder Valley School Board and on many state level educational committees. Bill believes that systemic change happens when the community is engaged and a part of the problem solving process.
